Staff was so friendly, gave ample time to ask and answer questions and gave very clear and easily understood answers to questions. Dr Rashivy was very polite and efficient.

Dr. Crandall is amazing! Excellent bedside manner, very understanding and cautious of my pain level on my hand wound.

I have had several experiences in this clinic which have been good in all aspects. I highly recommend Dr. Rishavy. The receptionist is awesome. She is a great asset to this clinic with first impressions. Tina has always been fantastic in scheduling my appointments and answering any questions I may have. I travel from several hours away and Dr Rishavy and Tina have always been very accommodating with an office visit and the procedure to follow the same day. Nurses Nikki, John, and Cari have all been great before, during, and after the procedures. Ardie is always very upbeat and helpful with the best choice of skin care products. Again I can't say enough about Northland Plastic Surgery. I highly recommend them!

Very thorough and Dr Weber, staff were all pleasant and answered my questions. I just wish they did other procedures at their clinic. Very happy with my visit.
