Payment Options

At Northland Plastic Surgery, we provide reconstructive and cosmetic services.

Reconstructive services, including consults, office visits and procedures, will be billed to your insurance plan, if you are covered by insurance. Please have your insurance information available when you come to our clinic for your appointment. Remaining patient balances for reconstructive services may be paid by cash, check, or credit card. We can also assist you in obtaining patient financing for your deductible and coinsurance for reconstructive services. Patients are responsible for all deductibles, copays and coinsurance. If you cannot pay your balance in full after your insurance has paid, you can request a payment plan.

Cosmetic consults, skin care services, and skin care products are paid for when the care is delivered. Cosmetic surgery services must be paid for one week prior to the surgery.

Northland Plastic Surgery accepts cash, checks, or the credit cards shown for payment. You can pay online, over the phone or in person.
